I recently came across a webstore promoting their beads as "genuine vintage lucite." Ummm...okay. Maybe they really did purchase every single bead in the original packaging. Or maybe they inherited their inventory of beads. But we can assure you...it's not as easy as you may think to determine what is "vintage" and what is "contemporary." Seams...no seams? This category may include beads, cabs, charms, and other items made of lucite and similar materials (i.e., acrylic, plastic, resin, celluloid, etc.).
