Cloisonné is the technique of creating designs on metal vessels with colored-glass enamel placed within enclosures made of copper or bronze wires, which have been bent or hammered into the desired pattern. Cloisonné objects were originally intended primarily for palaces and temples and date to the 14th century in China. This ornate royal blue, red, pink, green, and gold bead measures about 25x15mm and has an end-to-end center bead hole, approximately 1.5mm. Because this bead is handmade, expect some variance. ONE (1) Cloisonné bead per package.
