SHIPPING INFORMATION
In most cases, orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) or less. You will get an email with delivery confirmation or customs information when your order has been sent.
US Customers: If your order weighs less than 12 ounces, you have the option of $3.50 for USPS First Class or $5.25 for USPS Priority Mail. Orders weighing 13 ounces or more will be charged $5.25 for USPS Priority Mail.
All orders totaling $250(+) will be sent "signature required." Please note that our shipping charges do not include applicable state sales tax.
International Customers: Shipping/handling for your order is based on weight. If you are charged more than actual postage and our handling fee ($1.89), we will reimburse you. Please do not ask us to declare your order as a "gift" or falsify the value on the customs form. (It is illegal for us to do this!) We have no control over postal regulations so you will be responsible for all fees your country may charge. We reserve the right to require buyer-paid insurance on international orders before sending your package.
Barbie customers...due to the size/weight and extra packaging required, there may be additional shipping/handling charges associated with your purchase. We state this amount in each Barbie Boutique item description. If we are able to send your Barbie Boutique item for less than the stated amount, we will issue you a refund after your order has been processed for mailing. Sorry but at this time, we do not ship any of our dolls outside the U.S.
