All Customers:
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Orders received Friday-Sunday are usually mailed on Tuesday. (Time of day your order is received is the determining factor.) We need time to prepare your package, so we do not offer next-day delivery. Please allow for additional shipping time during major holidays. In the event of extreme acts of nature, such as hurricanes; or tropical storms, we will communicate with you and send your order as quickly as circumstances allow.
You will get an email with delivery confirmation or customs information when your order has been sent. We ship from 33709 (St. Petersburg, FL).
We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail as standard domestic-shipping options. We may use other services such as UPS or FedEx at our discretion, depending on weight/size of package.
All orders totaling $250(+) will be sent "signature required." Other orders may be sent "signature required" at our discretion. Insurance is at our discretion. (Our customers do not pay additional fees for any of these services.)
US Customers:

Use pull-down menu to select Regular or Priority USPS Shipping

Fate Rate Regular Mail (U.S.) domestic shipping charge, including handling/packaging, is $5.00.
Priority Mail domestic shipping charge, including handling/packaging, is calculated by order weight, and starts at $6.50.
International Customers:
Shipping for your order is based on actual postage (by weight) plus $1.59 handling/packaging. If we can send your package for less than you are charged at checkout, we will reimburse the difference between actual postage and $1.59 (approx). Canada customers please note: For some reason, shipping seems to be calculating higher at checkout. As noted, we DO reimburse you if this happens on your order. Please do not ask us to declare your order as a "gift" or falsify the value on the customs form. (It is illegal for us to do this.) We have no control over postal regulations in your country so you will be responsible for any and all fees your country may charge.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: USPS changed rates this year but our web host, Network Solutions, will not make site adjustments necessary for us to offer USPS International First Class "Large Envelope" as an option. Because of this, your shipping will likely be too high (you will be charged at the "parcel" rate instead of "large envelope"). If you are charged more than a modest packaging/handling rate plus actual postage at checkout, we will issue a partial refund after your package has been prepared for mailing (i.e., weighed). Our apologies for this inconvenience. If you have questions, please ask!
All Customers:
We do our best to keep our shipping/handling charges reasonable. Please keep in mind that it costs us more than actual postage to send your package. Your order may include bubble wrap, packing slip, poly bubble envelope, box, packing tape, shipping label, etc. We pay delivery confirmation, signature required, and insurance costs.
