SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Customers:
In most cases, orders are shipped within 48 hours (2 business days) or less. You will get an email with delivery confirmation or customs information when your order has been sent. We ship from 33709 (St. Petersburg, FL).
We offer USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail as standard options via pull-down menu on our checkout page. If you require overnight delivery, please contact us before placing your order.
All orders total $250(+) will be sent "signature required."
US Customers:
Standard shipping charges for your order, including handling/packaging, are as follows:
Order Total Weight 1-4 ounces = $2.89 USPS First Class
Order Total Weight 5-7 ounces = $3.59 USPS First Class
Order Total Weight 8-11 ounces = $4.29 USPS First Class
Order Total Weight 12 ounces to 1 pound = $6.00 USPS Priority Mail
Order Total Weight 1+ pounds = Add $2.00/pound USPS Priority Mail
If we can save you money by mailing your Priority Mail package via Flat Rate, we will do so and issue a partial refund on the shipping/handling you paid. Priority Mail shipping/handling refund amounts are calcuated after your order has been packed and weighed.
If you select "view or edit cart" prior to checkout, you can type in your zip code to see your shipping weight options. US "domestic" customers who spend $35 or more will see a " FREE SHIPPING " offer in the pull-down menu. In most cases, large orders are sent Priority Mail, however if you select Priority Mail instead of Free Shipping, your shipping will not be free.
International Customers:
Shipping for your order is based on actual postage (by weight) plus $1.00 handling/packaging. Please do not ask us to declare your order as a "gift" or falsify the value on the customs form. (It is illegal for us to do this.) We have no control over postal regulations in your country so you will be responsible for any and all fees your country may charge.
Barbie Boutique Customers:
Due to the size/weight and extra packaging required to ensure safe shipping of our dolls, there may be an additional shipping/handling charge associated with your purchase. We state this amount in each Barbie Boutique item description. If we are able to send your doll(s) for less than our checkout system charges you (including a modest amount for packaging), we will issue you a partial refund after your order has been processed for mailing. Sorry but at this time, we do not ship dolls outside the U.S.
All Customers:
We do our best to keep our shipping/handling charges reasonable. Please keep in mind that it costs us more than actual postage to send your package. Your order may include bubble wrap, packing slip, poly bubble envelope, box, packing tape, shipping label, etc. We pay delivery confirmation, signature required, and insurance costs.
